The Sons & Daughters of the Cooper River Society is a private, lineage-based organization composed of the descendants of the founding members of the Cooper River Love and Charity Society #1 (est. 1920) and the Sons & Daughters of Christian Band Society #2 (est. 1928).

While membership in the Society is private and not open to the public, the Society’s principles are outward in purpose. The Society is committed to upholding principles of integrity, compassionate regard for others, and fostering continued personal and collective enlightenment.
